2025 Krone GX 440 Plus

MX defines our range of high-capacity forage wagons that offer capacities from 33 m³ to 40 m³. Genuine dual-purpose forage wagons, they run in both the grass harvest chain as self-loading machines with discharge rollers and in the maize transport chain as forager-filled silage trailers. These machines score on versatility, reliability, efficiency and flexibility.

GX stands for general-purpose wagon, the most recent addition to the Krone forage wagon range. This wagon offers a new level of versatility and gentle and fast unloading of a wide variety of cargo. The new machine is available in two sizes – 44 m³ and 52 m³

New comfort designations for GX models from KRONE

To make it easier to differentiate between the GX machines, KRONE is intro-ducing new comfort designations. In future, the GX models will be available in the "PLUS" and "PRO" variants, each of which offers different operating options:

New comfort designations for GX models from KRONE To make it easier to differentiate between the GX machines, KRONE is intro-ducing new comfort designations. In future, the GX models will be available in the "PLUS" and "PRO" variants, each of which offers different operating options:

PRO variant The "PRO variant" includes the tried and tested concepts which leave noth-ing to be desired. In addition to maximum operator comfort thanks to ISO-BUS direct operation, numerous other options are available. These include electronic forced steering, hydraulic loading space extension, weighing device, EBS brake system and radio remote control. In addition, the "Exac-tUnload" function is integrated as standard in all PRO models.

PLUS variant With the "PLUS variant", KRONE offers the option of operating the mashine with-out ISOBUS. This is made possible by preselecting the control unit with Pre-Select. The focus here is on functionality – the simply constructed wagons guarantee operational safety under all conditions.

The GX doesn’t hibernate but continues earning its keep also in the winter months.
