• The cement bag breaker is composed of belt conveyor, propeller, feeding screw, dust collection device, and electric controls and can be used as an auxiliary equipment for horizontal feeder and other cement storage equipment. The feeding belt conveyor is dismountable to meet the container transport requirements. The cement bags are conveyed to the propeller by the belt conveyor, featuring time-saving and labor-saving. The propeller is composed of reducer, frame, housing, bag break, dust collection device, and bag collection device. The discharge port of the helical conveyor is connected with external equipment by water-proof canvas sleeve and the connections are sealed by rubber gaskets. The dust collection device is composed of water-proof top cover, wiring box, and vibrator and can absorb the floating particles in the bag feeder to protect the environment. The electric control system is composed of control cabinet, electric units, and cables and centrally controls and operates the entire equipment.
