The Kuhn Krause Gladiator Precision Tillage System offers on-row conservation tillage, precise nutrient placement and nonstop seedbed conditioning for today's farmers who are interested in managing input costs and increasing profitability. The innovative fixed frame toolbar and ST-PRO Row Units contour to field conditions and allow the shanks to consistently operate at the customer-determined depth. This is more than just strip-till, it is precision nutrient and seedbed management.

3-point mounted Kuhn Krause Gladiator models provide precision and control for mid- to large-sized strip-till operations. Available in 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16-row sizes, these units offer the flexibility that growers expect from a strip-till system in many common row spacing configurations while delivering excellent residue flow, accurate tillage depth, fertilizer placement and seed bed conditioning. Folding toolbars feature innovative angled-fold hinges that reduce transport height for machines equipped with spring-reset row units. No daily greasing is required for these hinges, reducing your maintenance time.

Designed for tough residue situations, the ST-PRO row units develop a uniform residue-free strip with precise, consistent tillage depth control. Most importantly, these row units require no daily maintenance and no wrenches to make adjustments. Using PolyLube bushings, which have a proven life in construction and agriculture applications, pivots are protected with composite self-lubricating material.

The Gladiator product line makes available one of the most complete fertilizer offerings in the industry. These designs are easy to operate, and provide great precision nutrient placement options for those growers desiring to apply dry or liquid fertilizer - with or without NH3

A 1,000 gallon liquid fertilizer tank is available from Kuhn Krause for pull-type machines, while 3-point machines utilize a steerable cart and a 1,200 or 1,700 gallon tank provided by Montag Manufacturing.

Dry fertilizer systems are manufactured by Montag Manufacturing, available through Kuhn Krause, and feature an integrated 6-ton system for pull-type machines and 6 or 9-ton steerable cart system for 3-point machines.
