2017 Flexxifinger 70060 "N" Pulse Crop Lifter

The Flexxifinger Pulse Crop Lifter was originally designed for straight combining in desiccated crops like peas, lentils and edible beans where cutting close to the ground is required. The lifter rail hugs the guard and the replaceable nylon finger is held in an adjustable receptor, allowing the combine operator to fine-tune the location of the lifters forward lifting point for his specific conditions. The finger extends beyond the finger receptor and becomes a tail that guides the plant material over the knife.

Features may include:

• The Pulse Crop Lifters finger receptor is vertically adjustable which changes the angle and the forward lifting point of the nylon finger. This movement allows the user to individually fine-tune the angle of each nylon finger, allowing them to be adjusted to work in unison.

• The finger length of the Flexxifinger Pulse Crop Lifter reduces the time it takes for the plant to get off the ground and onto the header, thereby, minimizing shatter loss.

• The replaceable nylon finger is the weakest point of the lifter, by design, which minimizes the probability of steel components entering the combine.

• A bent or broken nylon finger can be replaced in less than a minute, significantly reducing downtime in the field.

• Flexxifinger uses the same patented QD technology on all its lifters, which makes it possible to quickly interchange different lifters on the same header without the need for removing the guard bolt each time.
