2017 Flexxifinger 70052 "J" Heavy Duty Crop Lifter

The Flexxifinger Heavy Duty Crop Lifter is for harvesting a variety of different crops including pulses, cereals, rice, oils, forage and other specialty crops. The lifter rail hugs the guard and the replaceable nylon finger is held by an adjustable receptor, allowing the combine operator to fine-tune the location of the lifters forward lifting point for his specific conditions. The finger extends beyond the finger receptor and becomes a tail that guides the plant material over the knife. The 4 finger choices make it possible to customize for diverse crop and ground conditions.

Features may include:

• The Heavy Duty Crop Lifters finger receptor is vertically adjustable which changes the angle heights and, therefore, the forward lifting point relative to the knife. This movement allows the user to individually fine-tune the angle and height of each nylon finger resulting in the lifters working in unison.

• The finger length of the Flexxifinger Heavy Duty Crop Lifter minimizes shatter loss by reducing the time it takes for the plant to get off the ground and onto the header, yet still strong enough to lift heavy cereal, oil and forage crops.

• The replaceable nylon finger is the weakest point of the lifter, by design, which minimizes the probability of steel components entering the combine.

• A bent or broken nylon finger can be replaced in less than a minute, significantly reducing downtime in the field.

• Flexxifinger uses the same patented QD technology on all its lifters, which makes it possible to quickly interchange different lifters on the same header without the need for removing the guard bolt each time.
