The Columbia Harvester’ suspension has independent hydraulic axles which allow the Columbia to be operated on hill sides, up to 25%. Hydraulics are operated at 540 PTO speed and use a 90 HP gearbox.

Variable volume pump, electric control valves, air cooled hydraulic heat exchanger, welded cylinders with lock valves on lift cylinders, easy operated control box mounted to the tractor to control shakers, buckets, conveyors, fans and all cylinders. Two tachometers 0-600 rpm (one on control box & one in the control panel). All machines are manufactured to accept the hydraulic wheel drive option of your needs changes. Catcher system is overlapping molded duroplastic catcher plates with a molded rubber mounting block, mounted at 6” centers, and longer forward collection areas than comparable machines.

Conveyors are 16” wide stainless steel conveyor, 12” wide stainless steel cross discharge conveyor, both with center tracking belts. 10” lipped plastic buckets mounted on plated roller chain with replaceable guides. Cleaning, 3 zinc plated variable speed fans, with independent speed control and a permanent adjustable magnet.

Lighting: front, back and conveyor mounted lights with rear road travel lights as well as working platform lights.

Options include wheel assist with variable torque, auto speed control, and 4-post offset in-phase shaker head supplied with bow rods.
