2026 ACS Hot Slag Bucket

The United States Patent office has granted ACS Industries Patent # US2012/0030147 A1 for the design and exclusive rights to construct Buckets using a Monolithic/ Single Piece floor. This unique design adds substantial durability and lifespan to Buckets in applicatios seeing High Heat and the thermal effects of expansion and contraction. This concept offers slag handling and extreme application customers dramatic decreases in the cost per hour of operating their Loader Buckets. 

Each bucket is priced individually based upon operating parameters. 

Features May Include: 

• Abrasion Gussets

Abrasion Gussets protect the inside of your bucket from the constant abrasive cycling of material that occurs each time the bucket pushes into a new payload. 

• Edge Styles

Choose from straight edge, spade nose or modified spade nose to match the site environment and material. Spade edges are deisgned for more aggressive digging and make a heavier bucket, digging penetration and the lightest bucket weight. 

• Hard Facing

ACS will custom clad specific high-wear areas of your bucket with additional rows of layered alloys that are specifically designed to resist abrasion. 

• Weld-On Edge

Add additional cladding to the point on your bucket that receives the most abrasive contact with a weld-on edge that matches your bucket edge. ACS can help you determine the best possible alloy to use for the weld-on edge based on your operating environment.
